1.  Vendors must renew/pay for their existing lot(s) for the next Trade Days by noon on Sunday of the event in order to keep said lot(s).

2.  No Sub-Leasing of lots - (effective 8/1/2014)

3.  No one person/family can have over 10 lots - (effective10/1/2014)

4.  Trade Days is over on Sunday at 5:00PM.  You must be out before dark!

5.  Only one vendor per lot.

6.  No prepared food or drinks can be sold.

7.  Animals can only be sold on designated animal lots.

8.  No oil, grease or body waste on the ground.

9.  No trees or landscaping can be disturbed on the property.

10.  You must place all trash in a neat pile or box on your lot before leaving.

11.  No alcohol is permitted.

12.  No bicycles or motor vehicles (golf carts, lawn mowers, ATV’s UTV’s, etc) can be ridden through the Trade Days area.

13.  All pets must be on a leash.

14.  Electricity cannot be shared from one lot to another.

15.  State tax must be left at the gate before leaving Trade Days.

16.  Any returned checks will result in an additional $50 fee to reserve lot, if additional fee is not paid, the lot will be released.

17.  Any vendor caught renting their lots out for more than the Trade Days price, will forfeit their lot(s).

Vendors who have rented/paid for their lots may setup on the Friday before the event.

Failure to abide by these rules will result in the loss of your lot with no money refunded.
